This project involved the demolition of an existing dilapidated home and the construction of a new, 3,800 sq. ft. residence nestled at the edge of the foothills. As a design-build project, we collaborated closely with the client to bring their vision to life, resulting in a stunning home that blends modern craftsmanship with the natural landscape. The design incorporates elements of a modern craftsman style, while also adhering to the Wild Urban Interface building code, ensuring both aesthetic appeal and compliance with fire safety regulations. The finished home takes full advantage of its proximity to the foothills, offering breathtaking views and a seamless connection to the surrounding environment.
