ABOUT

Kincaid Construction is a general contractor based out of Boise, Idaho. Kincaid Construction’s mission is to provide their clients with an exceptional building experience by exceeding their expectations in quality and design.

Kincaid Construction was founded in 2012 by Larry Kincaid. Before Kincaid Construction was formed, Larry Kincaid spent over 35 years in the construction industry as a carpenter, marine construction contractor, custom home builder and 20 of those years as an owner of Ellsworth Kincaid Construction. Larry has completed hundreds of projects throughout his career from custom homes, historic renovations, multiple commercial tenant improvements to 90,000 sq. ft. LEED certified projects. Some of the projects Larry has lead and completed before the founding of Kincaid Construction, LLC include:

Bear Creek Lodge and Residence, Barber Park Administration (LEED certified), Ponderosa State Park, Boise City Hall West (LEED Certified), and Chandler's Steak House.

As a local, family-owned construction company, we are known for our hands-on approach to our clients’ construction needs and feel we have always had an advantage in the way we communicate and perform detailed projects.
